About Me

In 2014, I decided I needed a break from my career and life. Driven by Anthony Bourdain’s travel/food show, I went on a 2.5 month sabbatical to travel around East Asia. I was barely halfway through it when I realized that traveling was part of my DNA. I loved it all: Meeting local people, trying the food, learning about the history and the culture, the stories, and the awkward moments (I have a talent for getting myself into these). The gypsy life suited me and, having grown up in 4 different countries, it only made sense.

I’m now embarking on a more ambitious attempt to visit every country in the world. Or at least try to. How? By working remotely and living…well…nowhere 🙂

Why every country? Isn’t that a waste of time? Why not discover the places you like even more? All these are good and valid questions. I may change strategy at some point, but for now, my curiosity has the better of me. My hope is that every country has something interesting to offer. So far so good.

Traveling to me is a great source of knowledge, creativity, and open-mindedness. Just like I was inspired by other travelers, I hope to inspire you to do it every chance you get by sharing my stories and experiences.

Currently in: New York, US
